I would encourage all of you to attend the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix with your watches and your Porsches. July 23-24 for the races but there are fun events all week. Porsche is marque of the year this year and it is the 50 anniversary of the Allegheny Region so this event will be special. I believe that there are already 200 cars scheduled to be displayed. We are also supposed to be getting some Factory/Museum cars. All info here:

http://arpca.com/

I guarantee you will meet some nice people and see many beautiful cars!

I plan on driving my GT3 (street) up for the PVGP events wearing my new watch. Hope it keeps better time than my Rolex

Watches are in! First distribution will be at the club meeting tonight at the Sewickely Car Store in Pittsburgh. Others to be picked up on Friday per George. Others not local to be shipped within a week. I am on vacation so most of you will see it before I do.

Got mine in the mail! Thanks. Although I think the watch is possessed because every time I looked at it today, it tells me to DIE.

John, I think you need to turn it 12 hours ahead. I believe it says die for a time after midnight then reverts to a non-demonic watch

Nice looking watch. Talked to a guy wearing one at the Waterfront Cruise. Would have liked to get one but, it's to big for my wrist.

+1 I'd take one without the Porsche logo too...

The Region wrote a check for 73K to the charity besting the previous high by the BMW club. The watches accounted for 5K of the total. I thank everyone once again for your support. Enjoy your watches!

Mods, thanks for allowing the sticky, you may remove it.
