Default Sebring 12hr Test Day Pics

I got into Sebring today late to take some pics for Chris Hall w/ Performance Tech LMP car. Here are some of the hundreds of pics I took today.

Mike,
Very nice, what were you doing over at the track today?

I got invited by Chris Hall to take pics for the Performance Tech LMP car. I could not pass it up and decided to take the day off and head over. Not to get all sappy but I really needed this day...today 8 years ago really sucked for me....it's the day I lost my leg...but our good friend Tkerrmd save my life...friggin' twice! So...I had to go have some fun today.

Great to hear that you were able to take this historic day and do something you love; watch, photograph, and hear race cars at Sebring. Only one thing better would have been to squeeze your 7 foot 13 inch frame into the LMP and take it for a few laps.

I never knew TK saved your life...let alone twice.

Yeah I'd rather be on the other side of the wall! Yep Tkerrmd is a hero...I flat lined on him twice, he did awesome...he's the best in his field for sure!

Wow, those Daytona pics are 2-3 years old. Your going back in the way-back machine.

great pics thanks for sharing

Interesting that the 44 lizards car is last years model, I wonder if they will be updating the aero to the new 2011 spec for the season. The 45 car looks badass all black/carbon. 458's look good too.

The Ferrari 458's are running really well and looking really good. I noticed in T17 before the bridge how stable the 458 Ferrari seems. The Lizards and Falken Porsche GT3 RSR's front end bounces through this area. The Porsche's seem quieter than last year too. The Porsches are very quiet and the Vette's are about the loudest race car I've ever heard. When the Vette's upshift going down the front straight...you know the bang when the sequential up shifts?....the Vette's sound like a cross between dynamite and a canon going off! The Ford GT is loud too but it has nothing on the ground shaking volume of the Vette's.

Not sure about what the Lizards 44 is doing for aero...the all black 45 car is the Lizards to but without the wrap on it I believe. I have not compared it's aero package to the 44 car.

I was only at the track for 3.5 hrs and mostly taking pics for the LMPC Performance Tech team so I did not get to go nose around too much in the paddock and see what was going on.
