Default Received My New Control Arms from Andy Pohlman

I just received my new control arms from Andy Pohlman. They will go into my 944 SuperCup/GTS2 or 3 Race car build. They are really superbly built.

They look high quality. How long have they been available? Curious if they are as durable as they appear?

They have been available for about 3 years. They are also available with stock replaceable ball joints. I chose the geometry correction version with monoball ball joints.

Here's Andy's current pricing:

The base control arms are $800.00. That includes early style bolt in ball joints, economy teflon lined rod ends, and all spacers needed for installation. You can add solid caster blocks for $125.00 they are highly recomended. From there you can upgrade to chrome moly teflon lined rod ends for $100.00. I also offer hieght adjustable ball joints for $200.00 but they are recomended for race only applications, no street use. Powder coating gloss black and basic colors is $75.00 can be more for special colors. They are all 4130 chrome moly tig welded construction. They usually ship for around $20.00 in US.

These are the solid caster blocks, which use the stock bolt from the aluminum control arms. BTW mine are late offset.

It looks as if you can adjust caster with both the original caster bolt and the monoball threads.

Currently being considered by PCA for Club racing approval. We have field tested on 944 Cup cars with great results.

Wow those are pretty. My very limited knowledge of 944s does include they can be of concern.

PCA has approved the High Strung 44 control arms for use on 944's .

These control arms where designed for 944 Cup racers initially with performance and price in mind. Also great for street use and less expensive then a new stock replacement.

For ordering info, contact me at : cup944@aol.com

The workmanship on these control arms is a sight to behold. Almost to nice looking to put under the car. And have the price of similar aftermarket arms.
