Haha, we were looking like that for a whole week as the city didn't know what a salt truck was. Hopefully, it will be a lot better than that in feb. Our PCA chapter tried to do an event in Jan one year and obviously had to cancel due to weather.

VR, any idea what the temps are like at RA in late February? I'm thinking about it, but work and the weather are deterents

Temps won't be too bad, and Road Atlanta is very fast in cool weather, pending tires. The only issue could be rain.

TK just try not to chase a personal best like me this weekend. Good news the shop already has body panel en-route so I will be good to go at 48.

Of course Dave gets folks to ride with him. He is always trying to find that next tiny bit. When wins can be separated by a thousandths of a sec the smart guys look for every advantage. No one will say Dave's not smart. Often though it's discussing the difference between "happy" and "glad" in different driving techniques. He's very thorough and detailed as a coach.

All professional teams have coaches to some extent with Race Engineers, Team Managers, Data Analysts and individuals coaches. Each lap, each corner, each setup, is debriefed in detail! The debriefs are very thorough. Getting coaching is the cheapest but curiously, least used way to go faster!

Cheers,
Jim G

I just saw the date for that race and I think I could be at Barber that weekend, but I'll make sure I give you all the pointers I have to give. What data are you using? I have some traqmate files you can use as well.

I've been waiting to see the car since you went race with it for over a year now, sucks that I might not be in town.

we will run together sooner or later. I have a traqmate, so your best lap for me to overlay would be very helpful
