I wasn't a huge fan of the 918 spyder, but this is absolutely stunning.

So what do you guys think they'll do with this car? I'm guessing race it 1-2 years then start selling a street version for $400,000. Then redesign the Boxster to use some of its styling cues. No idea how it might affect the 911 though.

I'd personally like to see this become the 911 replacement starting in 2013.

Porsche is clearly admitting their rear-engine platform is inadequate. And that's what makes the 918 HUGE news.

I was thinking it looked like if you "RSR'd" a Cayman. Think about the differences between a GT3 and GT3 RSR, similar differences here between Cayman and 918 RSR.
