Didn't the FXX have a clause in the purchase agreement that Ferrari had first option on purchase. It was in order to control the market from speculation.

 

2010 was the year to die for federal estate tax purposes..... My Dad has an interesting car collection as well, 3 year old CTS and 9 year old Saturn.

It's a sin when a great collection like that gets broken up. Sad day!!!!

 

For a Ferrari collection that's pretty 'meh' in my opinion. The Dino being the only 'vintage' one of the bunch is just sad. No carb'd V12 in the group BOO.

 

If he died in 2010, there would be none IIRC.

I saw Benny spin his new Enzo on the down hill at Limerock and hit nothing. We have photos. He was very lucky that day. I saw his FXX at the Celebration of Speed. It sounded amazing. I loved his 333 SP
