Default RUF Yellowbird hotlap at Nordschleife
I was trying to Google up where the RUF Yellowbird is located in GT5 and ran across this video:

That's been posted many times but it's still in the top tier of classic Porsche videos.

Sorry for the repost. I've been lurking for a while and hadn't seen it.

No helmet, funky slippers and high speed 911 drifting sure do make for a great video.

Believe that's Stefan Bellof at the wheel, hence the skill level even with the funky slippers.

It was not the fastest lap by the YellowBird, but it sure looked great.

The video helped put Ruf on the front page of many mags.I think there were 36-40 YellowBirds built each one faster than the one in this video.
My 12 year old son got a ride in number 36 on a small track in Wis. The other car on track was a F-40LM. The YellowBird had it for lunch

Im pretty sure you buy it in the used car section, along with the other ruf cars. If not, you get it as a prize.

I'm not a fan of drifting, never will be. My favorite video of the ring is Hans Stuck in a BMW M3 GTR.

The coolest thing about the RUF video, however, is the polo-shirt-and-no-helmet level of Darwinism...

The driver in the video is actually Stefen Roser who was a Ruf test driver at the time.

I've been checking used cars after every Race, License completion and Special Event and none of the RUF's have showed up.

There was a RUF Yellowbird at the 901 Shop paddock at the recent Legends Races at Sebring. For sale. Believe it's at their shop now. Beautiful car.
