I believe it's a time attack car. That much front downforce would make for an interesting mix of low-speed understeer with high-speed oversteer.

Yes it is a time attack. Trying to keep the front wheels from spining. Front drive car with something like a 1000HP. I bet it is not that fast for the power to weight ratio.

There's the second reason for a dark smoke visor and not having your name embroidered on your suit...what an abomination!

Actually 4wd w 1400hp. I bet it is that fast. We had a Time Attack event down here this year and the cars without those front 'park benches' were faster than Cup Cars, Supercar V8s, Sports Sedans....and these TAttack cars were on R spec tyres!!! Yes, they are fast.

that car has the lap record for FWD car at Willow Springs, I saw it in action.. hideous but the car is well set up and faster than many RWD cars
