Default PCA rules? re ballast and camber plates

I can't find in the PCA rules where additional weight ballast needs to be secured, only reference is under SP1 Class rules. Where does ballast have to be located?
And remind me, can camber be adjusted at the adjustable camber plate on the top of the front shock, or do camber plates still need to be pinned in stock location for stock class cars?
thanks

Dave

Ballast must be secured in the passenger compartment.

And camber plates are allowed in stock class without having to pin them in the stock location.

Does the ballast need to be forward of the front seat?

Some clever racers have been known to melt lead into the hollow cavities of front bumper supports, but that approach is illegal.

Actually club racing rules under Stock, 6. Body/chassis/interior F. says " Any ballast to meet weight must be placed entirely in the driving compartment and be securely bolted to the chassis"
So can ballast be placed on both the driver and passenger sides of the driving compartment?

Dave, I guess you could do this, but typically you want to offset the drivers weight with ballast in the passenger compartment. This will make your corner balance more neutral.

Yes, I meant driving compartment. Passenger's side or driver's side. However, as noted above, I can't imagine needing/wanting to add balast to the driver's side.
