What's the status of this race. I'm not a PCA member nor a 'professional photographer' but I would enjoy coming out and shooting the event trackside since it's been over a year I have gotten to shoot any motorsport event. Is there someone I should contact to get access or do I just show up and there are spectator areas next to trackside? Sorry but this is all new to me I'm used to my last home tracks of Spa-Francorchamps and the Nuerburgring

i race Hallett monthly. I doubt PCA events are any different than COMMA events from a spectator viewpoint, meaning anybody can come in to watch as long as you pay a track fee (probably $10/day) and sign the waiver

Come on out. They charge a few bucks at the gate and have you sign a waver. From there you have access to the paddock and the entire infield. There are grand stands where you can see almost the entire track.

Anyone seen or have a weekend schedule yet? 2 or 3 sprint races? Enduro? Any clue on how they are splitting the groups yet? I see 20 SPB and 24 E cars! looks like fun.

Yeah, we'll see what tomorrow brings. Funny, Wendy was kind of bummed when I told her we're probably not going. Hallett falls on our anniversary and it's become somewhat of a ritual (awesome wife).

Looks like practice starts and one sprint on Sat. and two sprints on Sun. according to ClubRegistration.net. As of this morning run groups remain unassigned.
