I'm convinced. That sounds like a lot of fun.

Not a particularly great lap. I'm way late getting to the gas in several turns, but it was the only session I managed to turn my camera on for, and the only clean lap I had in that session. At least it gives you a decent look at the track.

Love Hallett. Hope I make it this year. Ill be there even if my car is not done. Maybe Ill borrow a car and run E. Ive got a buddy with a nice RSA he may let me race. Its actually my old car. Just needs a seat back brack and a few odds and ends. Really hope my car is done though.

See yall there.

Next year I plan on running the COMMA series there as it will be easy for me to make most of those races and its a point series so that part will be fun.

My fav direction there btw is CW. its faster as well if done right.

Haworth told me your engine blew... Was it the dreaded IMS bearing that caught you?

nope me and the Pumpkin were at home. Closest track is Heartland Park, but we do at least 3 usually 4 events at Hallett every year. Will be there Sept 10 with BMW and then the Cimmarron Region in mid October.

The Pumpkin is geared perfectly for hallett and i echo all the kudos here. The most friendly track we go to. Connie, Sandi and all the gang there are fantastic!!!

when Sandi gives the flag speech she shows the "passing" flag (blue/yellow stripes) and says "if you see this flag it means there is a race goin on and YOU ain't in it"

Cool. Where is your practice now? Im still waiting on my car to get done. Its a long process. Maybe we can chase each other around Hallett next year as I plan on spending a LOT more time there next year. Im gonna be done building on my car for a few years. A stronger motor will have to wait 4 or 5 years as Im running on a fairly new stock motor right now. Im hopeing to have my car back for the club race there in October but its gonna be close. Chris tells me it should be done by late Sept but still have to go to Denver to get it, put my new seat in and a few other odds and ends. As a doc, you know time is tight.

What times are you running this year? My best with my old setup was a 1:24.5 Im hoping with my new setup I will be in the sub 1:24s if not 1:23s time will tell.

Jeff
