Can I go out on a limb and guess that English is not your first language. And it really doesn't matter but....
Do you understand at all when people are joking around??
I certainly do not consider myself morally reprehensible so to say we took the "moral line" (What is that by the way?) as low as we could....really??
The questions you ask, while may appear to be important to you to not "have the headache (post 1)" are probably not the things you should focus on when doing your first DE or contemplating your second DE.
My suggestion, in all seriousness (although I'd love to have the oil pan and suspension parts) is get on track again with another instructor and focus on being smooth and consistent. Don't time yourself, don't focus on RPM's....
The best part about all of this are the guys that you hang out with at the track and these guys, Gary notwithstanding (actually never met Gary) are all fun to hang around with....don't dig the hole.

I got slammed trying to point him in the correct direction and point out he was concentrating on the wrong thing. It only takes one slap for me, I keep the other cheek in reserve.

and if you want to start from beginning - i did not care about speed at all whole 2 days. really. there was no 'concentrating on speed' topic from which all subsequent lectures started to proceed from. it is just a pre-composition you guys have in your brains, you do not even speak to me, you speak to some imaginary thing and to complete this madness you even create videos about it. that is truly something. we speak here not even about the question by itself but about some non-existent position which you insist does exist. it really bother me as i did not expect to get such a childhood set of reactions within a group that supposedly should have median age of 55 or so years.
