I imagine the sequential transmission alone is worth at least half the asking price.

Bad *** car. I hope it finds a good home.

I don't have any 914 experience, but it seems a little under tired for the hp/wt it has. Hans, any idea on the lap times it can turn?

Regardless, appears to be a bargain at that price.

No times (yet)- We haven't had it out on the track and the previous owner didn't track it either.

I would have to agree. I run 11x16 wheels front, 12x16 rear with a 2.2 liter engine and half the hp, and I can still spin the rear wheels. I would want some aero downforce too. This car is a beast, and gotta be a blast to drive. I will be curious to see how it does out on the track. (could be that I'm just a bad driver and need all the aids I can get )

An absolute steal. Engine and sequential gearbox alone would cost that much.
Now, if I could put that entire package in Papa Smurfs body...

What a great looking car. Makes me miss mine.
Good luck with the sale. Looks like someone is going to get a lot of bang for their buck.

I wouldn't think it's way undertired, may be a little, but not bad. Really depends on the motor. We have a bunch of 3.6 and 3.8s up here that are 500+hp running in 911s with 315 rear tires with no trouble.

Either way, I'm guessing it will be a complete blast to drive.

Beautiful car. This looks like a very well thought out build. If I didn't already own my 911 race car, I certainly would consider this one.

Out of curiosity, is the Hewland sequential transmission legal for PCA club racing? If so, I will probably consider one for my race car when I get to the point of upgrading my engine which will also most likely require the installation of a different transmission at that point.
