I'll be there!

Thanks to Rennlist I heard about this group and will be going with them for the first time next week. They run only at WGI and are so named because there are 52 garage spaces. The format is 8 hours of open track x 2 days. The last 2 hours of the 1st day we will be running the NASCAR 'short' track (i.e. cuts the boot off at the ankle) which should be fun.

So,...any RLers going to be there?

I wish I could make that date but the NER event is the next weekend at WGI and I want to go to that.
Becoming? I've fallen into the abyss. I think I'm doing about 30 days this season! Unfortunately I work full time.....actually some pretty crazy hours. Between a new house and the car thing, I'll be working a lonnnnng time.

I just heard from Group 52 that the June event was cancelled. The track has decided that it needs to do some track work before the upcoming IRL and we were the innocent bystanders.

I'm really bummin.'

Since I had arranged to take the week off, I've decided that I'll do an open test day at NHMS next Wed and then go to WGI for the Zone 1 event.

I'm bummed.

I just heard from Group 52.
Somehow, I don't know if it's Group 52 or WGI, but they managed to get us this Wed and Thur at Monticello to run with the club's members. At no cost!
Someone has made a really nice gesture to us.

Sorry, they explicitly said no friends or guests!
