+1 on NOT buying a Halo seat. If it's a dedicated race car sure, but on a dual purpose seat they are really bad for street driving as far as peripheral vision and reverse parking goes. Ask me how I know and why I don't have one anymore.

+1 on the Racetech seats. I have driven 3 hours each way to open lapping days at Mosport (so, probably 10 hours seat time and 600 miles in one day) without getting uncomfortable at all. They are well built and very supportive.

Unless you are tall enough in the torso to look over the top, which works for me at 6' 1".

If you go with a kirkey you must have a seat back brace

One thing about some of the Kirkey Road Race seats (mine.. ) is that there is an add-on Halo that is very nicely designed. It's an aluminum loop design with pads, shorter on the left side.

Yea I like the kirkey's, they are snug and comfortable, and competitively priced....but due to the origins of each most feel a Recaro fits a Porsche better
