We also wanted to just make sure we mentioned a big thanks to Todd @ Protomotive for getting us out the turbos so quickly! mmmm...billet goodness

Just about to load the car on the trailer to make the trip to TireRack tomorrow. Figured I would share some pictures of the race ready product.

This is most definitely the cleanest she is going to be for a couple weeks

can you make that front splitter bigger and for a Turbo, heck, can you just make a bigger one and sell it to me. PLEEEAAASSSEEE

The splitter turned out really good... At Roebling we saw BIG gains in turn 3 and 9 (high speed)....

Doug can make a splitter for just about any 911... He just needs a front bumper...


We are about the hit the ROAD!!!!!!

off to a medium start.. We finished 8th in the skid pad today... top 10 is good.. esp for a car with a setup like ours... the 2 HOTROD Vettes with Onelap veterans in them finished 15th and 29th.... the only prob is the 2 GTRs finished 1 and 2.... Damn those GTRs.. they have no weakness...

i forgot how tough this event is.. we drove from Southbend straight into rush hour traffic in Chicago.. and then into a Tornado Warning storm right above... So the first day has already been semi eventfull....

Tom it really starts with Road America.. we all all interested to see what everyone has.. There is 5 strong cars.. 2 vettes. 2 GTRs and us.....

Just a quick update from my phone: we took first overall today at road america in both the morning and evening session. In the evening session last years winning gtr had a mechanical issue and melted on plug. Looks like they will get it fixed, but I'm sure the slow lap times will hurt them.

Stay tuned as mid-america is tomorrow and we are excited.

HA!!! My ticket so I paid. Even thought it WAS the GT2s fault....


Today went as hoped and as planned.. Looks like we have just enough speed to get the job done. But we will see how things unfold.

We are somewhere in Iowa now. Man this is a wiiiiiide state....

Car is running great. We have incar vid from the morning session I will post up when we get to the hotel tonight around midnight.
