Default Lug nuts for BBS motorsports wheels?

What lug nuts should I be using for BBS motorsports wheels. They are 17" 20 bolt, mag center wheels. Porsche ball seat or 60 deg conical? Best place to get them?

Thanks,

should be conical. probably best to just order online. although most auto stores will carry conicals, most don't carry M14x1.5

i know advanced auto will order them from warehouse and get em in a day or two. they're i think $8 for a 4 pack.

If they are for a Porsche, they are ball seat. No mfg that I know of makes wheels for Porsches that don't use OEM lug nuts/bolts.

hmmm i know my Momo Stars are conical. For most of the aftermarket world, they use conicals. BBS for WRX's are conicals.

it's real easy to just look at the wheel and see though

WRX's (like ours too) use conical nuts OEM. Unless you have some bastard set of wheels, BBS, Fikse, CCW, Kinesis, HRE and every other wheel that I have seen that was built to fit a Porsche has ball seats.

Strange timing.

I am installing my new set of E88's tomorrow and switching from factory lugs to steel bolts - graciously provided by a fellow lister.

Does anyone have a picture of what the bolts should look like. I am assuming the seating bases should be identical to the outgoing aluminium lugs?

Sorry for the dumb question.

We run nothing but BBS wheels and I buy our steel lug nuts from CDOC. At one time CDOC had some amazing wheel studs made by ARP and BBS specifically for an 18" BBS three part race wheel.

I've been using the paragon lugnuts on my BBS Mg's since 2004 Skip. No problems.

Do you have any spare or broken outers? I need something to complete a table.

never assume anything hehe. just look at the lug hole on the wheel. if it's round ball hole, use ball lug. if not, use conical :P

They look like the standard Porsche ball seat and that is what i have been using for the past year, but read a couple things that referred to BBS using conical seats and I got paranoid that i was missing something. So I guess I am good to go. Thanks everyone and sorry for the stupid question.
