I felt a little inadequate. My new GTS 2 name is "little wing".

Looks like most of those 44's are running the GT Predator wing, is that correct?

So are lap times better with the wings?

I improved to 1.38.7 which is almost a second better than my best august time last year. I also ran consistant 1:39 and low 1:40 whcih I had not been able to do before. I do have wider front tires as well. Scott Good got to 1.36.8.

Nice, I'm guessing the downforce gives some additional comfort/stability that you did not have before?

I did the wider tires and aero at the same time. Clearly the larger front tire helps eliminate the understeer I would get as the race went on. Mid Ohio has a bad habit of tightening-up as the afternoon goes on and the track temps go up (at least for my car). I am braking a lot later than before and all in all I do feel more stable. My front splitter is not rear good and I will improve it before Putnam Park in a month.
