whats difference between 996 GT3 and Cup calipers
was going over brake upgrade options while i weight up whether to upgrade my 996 to run the 997 GT3 rear calipers and 350mm discs. while researching (reading forums and generally avoiding work) i noticed that the 996 cup has different part numbers for its calipers than the 996 GT3. since both these run 350front/330rear can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two parts?
ive never noticed any differences but cant think that porsche would just use a part number for the sake of it. they are happy enough to carry over other part numbers between the two models.
