I think it means the original system that Pratt & Miller Engineering installed. Since it had a fire with Jr in the car, it could have been replaced rather then recharged. I can't say if I remember the in-car system going off after the rear end hit. I do remember the rather large fuel fire and that the car was really burned.

I was there when this car burned. I looked at it on the trailer. There was not much left.
