Who Will Be At Road Atlanta This Weekend?

Today was nice and sunny! There were three race groups with 2 Sprints per group.
Chris posted the first page of the results from the two Sprints in group 3 and the results from the second Sprint of group 2. There were almost 50 drivers in group 3. Also, the 944 Cup guys had a split start which explains why the results look the way they do.
The red/white GT2R hairdryer that Mifkin referenced totally dominated group 1. It was impressive.
It's supposed to rain tomorrow for the enduros...

Just got home to Charlotte. Had a good time. 997 was not as much of a challenge as I had thought though I still have 1.5 seconds on the table vs. car's capability.
Thanks to Martin @ TRG for brokering the sale of the car to me. It was everything that they represented it to be. Thanks to Autometrics for great support.
Finally, thanks to everyone for good clean racing.

That car is crazy fast!! Pulled away from all of the cup cars. Fun race to watch. Congrats on the wins.

I am absolutely impressed with your capacity to stop a 997. From the outside it looked so easy, and I am sure there is nothing further from reality . You handled the car amazingly well!!!
I was watching your second Sprint race by the esses and also how you almost materialized a pass taking advantage of a lapped car...it looked beautiful for a few seconds...you played it very smart!!
Congrats on your new car. I guess I will not see you on the track any more. My only chance to drive near you was during your "baptism" with the car. From now on, I guess it will be "Bye-bye baby...".
