Yes,we still have the race car. With our photo workshop schedule we just don't have the time to bring it to the track. It's a good thing they are going so well, but a bad thing that we are not driving and seeing all our track buddies.

Try to stay on the gas longer everywhere and your transition to gas/brake brake/gas should be immediate.

1) Should be full throttle from exit of Hog Pen to the braking zone for 1. It's up to you to decide where you want to brake, but I'd go for something around the 4 marker.

2) Way early on turn 1.

3) Turn 3 is either WOT or very close to it.

4) The straight before the climbing esses should be WOT. If you are going to lift, you can wait until you reach the access road before the first left.

5) A little early into oak tree

6) You come off the throttle too soon at the end of the back straight.

7) As you make the first right in Hog Pen, you should be at or near WOT. It will help settle the car.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review and comment, very helpful and noted for next event.

WOT at hog pen is really tough for me, I am already slightly struggling for front grip at the first right hander rather than rear. But I intend to try slightly different rear tire pressures next time, it might help.

This is just one of the many reasons to ride with Matt.

The ability to go WOT at hog pen is very line dependant. Once you nail the line down it is MUCH easier. You still get the slight loss of front grip mid corner but then you get into that compression and the car loads up nicely and you can do no wrong.
