Default Watching F1 and other races 100% online - what are the options?

I haven't had cable (or any equivalent) since the end of last years F1 season. Frankly I do not miss having 900 channels except for F1 season.

Does anyone have a good site for watching the races live or tape delayed? Doing a quick search, found this:

http://www.watchliveformula1.com/

$20 per year if it's legit works for me. Includes all IRL, Porsche Supercup etc....

EDIT - looks like this is a service to put all or most live streams in one easy to find location.

Get Firefox, install FoxyProxy, find a proxy server in UK and you can enjoy BBC broadcast which is pretty good, better than Speed. I'm not sure about live stream, I watched qualy today and it worked perfect, no cuts, no ads, you can even pause go do something and pick up where you left later.
The tricky part is finding a reliable proxy, the best solution is pay for proxy access so you know is there when you want it.
