Exclamation Instructors needed: Carolina Motorsports Park 4/17 - 4/18

Originally I was going to be coaching at this race & DE event, put on by the NARRA/Viper Days folks. However, they have also asked me to act as Chief Instructor. So....I need instructors who know CMP, please. I can guarantee you four 30-minute sessions for you to drive in per day, with open passing anywhere with a point by...a very high probability that each instructor will have no more than 1 student per day...and lunch & all the water you can drink each day! Additionally, if you already have a transponder (or wish to rent one), you will be timed every session you drive.

Please PM me if you are interested & available. Thanks!

Normally I would be up for any weekend at CMP (its only 45min from my house). But that weekend the Carolinas Region PCA is at NCCAR, its a new track that I dont want to miss...

Darn.... would have liked to meet you...

I'm a pretty good instructor.....

Limited instructing experience though.

If you are desperate, let me know.

Do you know CMP? Let's talk about it at RA this weekend if you are able to swing by...

Oh no! I would be very afraid of VR as Chief Instructor. Don't step out of line or else!

+1

Registration is moving a bit slow for NCCAR so far . . . you, me and 9 others so far.

I had the pleasure of riding with Dave at my first event at Road Atlanta last July to experience the correct line, and especially how to exit turn 8(?)

7.

Larry, they also want me to be race steward, so I might need more ammo.

Race Steward? I feel sorry for pit lane speeders.

Yeah I know it, held a Time Trial record there for a while.

I forgot you were coming in this weekend. I'll see you at the track.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave at the last two Viper Day events in Texas. He runs a very good program with a bunch of great guys. Plenty of track time and the Vipers are a ton of fun. I highly recommend helping him out if you can.
