I thought it was spot on; really enjoyed the event dinner, which was way better than any other event dinner I have attended at the Glen.
Saucers group might have benefited from a reminder of where the passing zones are, but it wasn't really a problem. I would say 90%+ of the group was ready to give the pass signal, but a very few weren't as aware. No problem and not at all unusual for a DE.
I really appreciate being able to drop the trailer the night before without going through the 'the track might not allow it/it'll cost $50 extra or whatever' rigmarole we sometimes see.
Well done, guys - thanks. See you next year.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the only "roll away"... A Cayman also decided to roll out of the garage unattended - and it did more damage than Ron's GT3.

My feedback is to make sure you duplicate this every year!!!

The Traqmate talk was great as too many people use their Traqmate as a lap timer and it can do soooo much more for you as a driver.

Best cups and saucers I have ever done. On track behavior was much more civil than in some years past.

Agreed - best managed Cups & Saucers event that I've ever attended.
The Data Aquisition training (both Lunch talk and Dinner) were terrific !

This Data Aquisition topic would be interesting to most Rennlisters today (whether you have any
system already -- or are considering purchasing one in the future).

Maybe we can get Van Svenson to offer a Web based training session ? (for a nominal fee !).

Fantastic weekend, I agree, well organized and managed by some great folks. I had a blast, even in the rain! It was great seeing my American friends, old and new.

A couple of rides with Scott were well worth the investment, the returns being a steep learning curve and a lot of fun. Neat guy, talented coach.

See you all next year.

Aaron - it was a great event and was wonderful to meet old friends and make some new. My apologies for leaving early...and without saying bye to many...but I had mechanical problems with the car and to get it to a shop in NJ. I'll be BACK!

Agreed, very well run event. Kudos to the organizers. Great to see Larry again, and meet so many other folks whom I already "knew" from Renn List.

Also had a hoot today, turned out to be gorgeous at the Gllen after the morning showers moved on. Low 70's and abundant sun!

Thanks for an enjoyable and extremely well-organized event. Had fun at dinner at Seneca with a few Rennlist celebs (Dave - aka VR -, Larry, Paolo, among others). Surprised so few people took "advantage" of the learning opportunity in the rain on Wednesday. I think I got about 50 laps in the wet on Wednesday and about 180 minutes of track time on Thursday.

Agreed. We slipped & slid all day Wednesday in the rain, making great leaps forward in car control & flow, except for the final Saucers session. And then on Thursday we took 7 seconds off my guy's previous best.

It was a great event, hats off to Aaron, Van, Jim and the HCP organizing crew.....

Good to see many old and new friends........

Got to work with Larry in the rain, a very positive experience.....

Dave, 7 sec. off? Come on now how is that possible?.....

Try Niagra June 23-24 or NNJR September 20-21, same format at the Glen! I will be at both of them!

Anybody know of other events of this 2 run group format?
