Do GC Spring Hats with Racers Edge Camber Plates?

Do GC Spring Hats with Racers Edge Camber Plates?
I have the ARHK from Ground control. I'm looking to get the Racers Edge camber plates but wondering of they will work with the Ground Control Spring hats - they are not as conical shaped as the RE hats.

I checked with RE - and they say it will work as long as the hole dia (22mm) matches. The simplicity of their response didn't fill me with confidence - though it may be perfectly correct. It would be nice to get first had experience from someone that has done this just to confirm.
