Yes, I was surprised to see Kevin in the WSJ this morning too. Big racing coverage day with the Schumacher-returns article in the same section.

Any form of exercise is better than nothing.....His workout is certainly not for those seeking top of the line fitness but rather good overall practices for a busy person. Bottom line is there is no excuse not to workout.

You can get a workout anywhere. You just have to schedule the time and you don't need a lot of it.
