since there wasn't a RRL event tonight (), I'd like to invite everyone to this event tomorrow (Thursday) night that Chris hosts. times are the same as the RRL to make things easy. login and password info is in the linked thread.

this week, we're doing the Star Mazda at VIR (full course), open setup (although it would be appreciated if you would share your setups).

hope to see y'all there!

Seems like it, at least for the last two weeks. Seems the iracing crowd ebbs and flows. I guess I missed the height of it.

Yeah, the races started getting really thin. There were only about 2 or 3 cars per race, so I just gave up on hosting it. It costs money to host every time, so if it's going to be so thin, it just doesn't seem worth it.

I'd be happy to do it again, but I'd like to see more people join us. Maybe we should only do it once or twice a month so people can plan for it?

I would support this, and I don't think I'm as much of a danger to others now as I was when I started.

the crowd fell off when a) the weather in the majority of the country got nice, and b) racing season picked up.

so perhaps instead of doing every other week year-round, it could be a winter sport? start at Halloween and go through the end of March?

One of the issues is nor having to buy cars or courses all the time. I don't think folks are likely to have road Atlanta for example.
