X-Post: MSD 6AL Install Question
Installing MSD 6AL and Tach/Fuel Adapter in my 951 track car. What wires go where on both units?
I have searched and simply cannot find the answer and also looked at the MSD Website and cannot get a clear answer. Thanks for the help.

Download the installation manual, it is pretty clear where the wires go. The only issue some ECUs have is with the built in rev limiting of the 6AL. A 6A is more appropriate for an ECU based engine.
Take the Ignition output wire and connect it to the white wire of the MSD unit. The rest should be pretty clear.
