The last time I was in Romania, I was....um...declared...um...Persona Non Grata by the communist government and asked to leave, due to a pesky little issue of one of their prominent citizens defectiing to the US. 
Needless to say, this road was not on my official or unofficial itinerary.

Top Gear continues to be a great show, Sunday night's caravan segment with Captain Slow was great. And Lancia's too!
And Leno's "star in a car" segment is a joke compared to TG, had high hopes especially since Jay did a TG lap segment just before his new show started. But the "green" angle, cardboard dodge'm, and location is a (bad) joke.
