I am looking forward to the next episode of garbage trucks of the world;

Remember when they had this stuff on Speed?

I'd really be interested to see what Speed's ratings are like over the last ~2 years or so, since they became the Mullets Tattoos Tow Trucks NASCAR Low Rent Dragstrip channel...

That would be on Speed Channel MILF's.

Watching that, you've got to wonder how many spectators take a nice sized stone to the face while attending those events.

I once heard that WRC spectators in Europe try to reach out and touch the cars as they drift by. During a pit stop one of the teams had trouble opening a fuel door upon which they found a finger jammed in it!

This coverage of the current WRC on Discovery HD Theater channel has been terrific! They seem to have in-car cameras in most of the leading cars, and lots of cameral stationed throughout the stages. When Seb Loeb had his dramatic multi-roll disaster in Greece, they had in-car plus full coverage as the car rolled at high speed.

Poland was impressive. Speeds around 200KPH on narrow Polish mountain lanes!

I watch it. Same that motorsports have to find their way to HD Theater.

HDT is the stealth motorsports channel. They've been carrying some great stuff, and slowly adding more. We should be giving them props. Speed channel is finished, aside from their F1 coverage which now looks completely out of place in their program schedule. Garbage Trucks of the World - exactly!

Yep speed = sucks these days.

Last night it was a mix of Pinks, jacked, wrecked and junk.

Where is the Isle of Mann TT? ... Ahh I could go on.

I like the infomercials the best. My skin has never been softer and I can prepare a pot roast in less than 30 minutes. It's amazzzzzzzing!

I agree with everything said and hate the lowest common denominator programming. A DVR is an absolute necessity if you have a job and want to watch anything on Speed that doesn't suck.

I just set my DVR to record DTM and WTCC races on Speed in December. Hopefully they will show us some V8 Supercars too, I missed them last year.
