same with horsepower and trucks and extreme 4x4 on Spike...i doubt u'll find a tv show that doesn't build content around their sponsor's products.

I watched a few thinking I was going to pick things up. Nothing a Summit catalog does not already have. TK, I need to pick your brain on a laptop when you have a second. At least the Car Guys on NPR make me laugh.

Speed has gone the way of many others and programs from the costs side. Wrecked and Pinks costs almost nothing to produce and can be run over and over. Some one let me know if/when the pinks tool gets hit by a car or a blown trans gear. I would Tevo that one.

Another vote for HDT! The GT Racer series is well produced and has some gorgeous vintage cars on some great tracks. Goodwood specials, WRC, Isle of Man TT, some of the auction stuff, on and on.

+1 on HDT, they have great shows. Agree with the above. I also like "chasing cars", that guy has a dream job, traveling to nice places to look at even nicer cars, drive them and sell them to look for the next one...nice!

Speed channel, well pathetic... I would say anything BUT speed in their programming..

The show blows, but my god VIDA GUERRA!!! F1, NASCAR, and Vida are the only 3 things I watch on speed.

Jim Libratore, former President of Speedvision (when they were a racing channel) was heading up the effort to try to start The Racing Network (TRN). Unfortunately, I think the whole project died due to lack of funding. www.theracingnetwork.com
