Thanks for the tip, Gary.

I just ordered one. Been thinking about this for a long time. The 993 is almost never driven and I have to charge or jump almost every time I want to take it out. The battery is only a few months old but...no use.

Anyobdy have experience with these? Is the Junior model (.75 amp) sufficient in most cases? The full size model puts out 1.25 amps. I like the compactness of the junior.

EDIT: Just found this vendor that is selling them even cheaper. And free shipping on the regular model.

I use the regular one all the time, keeps the Odyssey in the race car at full charge and has been for two years.

The 1.25 amp version I bought in 1994 still works like new.

Default CTEK Battery Chargers

Porsche, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Austin Martin and a host of other high line car manufacturers private label the CTEK battery chargers and charge twice the price. This charger is superior to anything else out there for the money. It enables you to charge the battery through a cigarette lighter adapter on high-line vehicles. The most popular model is the 3300 and offers multiple charge modes on all types of 12V batteries such as your car, motorcycle, lawnmower, jet ski, snowmobile, caravan or smaller size boats.
