Trying to race at the most interesting track in the East:

Sebring (1st time)
Road Atlanta (1st time unless I do the 9hr Enduro in Dec)
LRP (not a great track but 90mins away from home)
Watkins Glen (missed the race this year so a must next)
VIR (always room for improvement in the Up esses)
Mosport (scariest new track ever. Must do again)
Road America (had a blast. Must repeat....forever)
Daytona (one of the best tracks for racing/passing)

And some Formula Libre NASA GTS races if time allows (not as much race time as PCA)

I envision about the same amount of days but more financial commitment as some of those days transition to endurance events.

Ain't that the truth! At least I got an actual signed physical a few months ago......but then they also want the endicronology report. Grrr......go make another appointment somewhere.

Is that John Byrne's car you're using as an avatar?

Better than this year but that's not saying much. I now have a car that can run with the pack for the most part. Will finish sorting in the spring and then decide if I want to ballast down one class in GT. As it I will get slaughtered in class just for the car much less the ham fisted drover. Even one class down will be duck and cover.

With our business going in a different direction and doing quite well, not sure if we will have anytime time to track the car

Hi Carlos, are you looking for co-drivers for the Road Atlanta 9 hour?

I may do less races due to entering bigger races. We are trying to put together an entry for the Sebring 12 hour ALMS in GTC class in my ex-Grand-Am car.

More next year. Family issues cut this year in half. Life is short, good friends are few and I plan on checking out with my boots on. Money is just a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper.

From a DE administrative point of view, 2009 was a banner year for the Mid-Ohio Region PCA we made money at all events had one sold out De and one almost sold out DE. Our May club race made money as all our driving events did, and we expect to build on and improve for next year.
For example, the May club race at Mid Ohio, we got the middle paddock issue work out for this year, (no paddock parking issues) Yesss.
