So I show up for my first DE event this weekend at NHMS and who do they put in my passenger seat? None other than the founder of Rennlist John Dunkle! Certified PCA instructor ( probably certifiable I might add) and a damn good one at that. I'm now hooked on this ridiculous adrenaline charged form of entertainment and will be skimping on groceries to fuel the habit. Thanks John, see you at the track.

I too met John D for the first time. As you would figure, he is a great guy. Very personable and VERY chatty, which coming from me is a statement!

Big deal, so you met John (just kidding - I am a fan, and still wear my original Rennlist Racing denim shirt to track events).
What you really want to do is meet Jen (the power behind the throne).

 

I was going to ask if you could tell which one is the instructor-he brought both of his sons to the track (both driving age) so there will be another generation of Dunkles in the garages at NHMS

 

I would guess John is the person in the confrontational pose......

 

He would be the hatless one and the founder of Rennlist for those who may not recognize the name.

 

I thought John was way younger. The John I met was around 24. I thought he started Rennlist?

 

He probably looks older due to the poor lighting, inexperienced photographer or he just had a rough Saturday night?
