Watch the Thunder races in GTS "German Touring Series". GTS3 through 5 race in Thunder. Good fields in both GTS3 and GTS4. GTS3 will have a good mix of Porsches and BMW's. GTS4 usually has a good mix as well, but just all Porsches this time because BMWCC has a big race weekend as well elsewhere. In addition, Autobahn run group will have GTS2 which is another good mix of Porsches and BMWs. Lastly, this is the 944 Cup and Super Cup National Championships with a huge field as well. I think we will be racing in the rain on Saturday with two sprint races, but you never know, either way will be great racing.

VIR - NASA pictures
Spent a very enjoyable Saturday watching Porschs tear it up on the track at VIR. The variety of cars there was inspiring! Also met some very nice people during the day... sorry if it felt like I was stalking guys (Bull and R. Curtis)!

Pretty good races in both.
GTS2:
Race 1: Trevor Parmer in VBD BMW. "Good Hands" (Scott Bresnahan) finished 4th.
Race #2: Jeff Emanuelson (M Coupe) with Scott finishing 2nd.
With the two races above, Jeff eeked out the season GTS2 championship by just 10 points I think.
GTS3:
Race 1: I won in my BMW with Jeff Curtis right behind. Douglas DePietro in a Boxster S came in 3rd.
Race 2: I had an alternator die and car shut itself. Jeff won. Timmy Tyrell came in 2nd and Chip Stabler (E36 M3) was 3rd.
Sunday Fun race: GTS3: Me, Jeff 2nd, Doug 3rd. GTS2: Trevor 1st, Dave Hollister (E36 M3) 2nd, Jeff Emanualson 3rd.
