I've closed and apologise to all for Firehawk crash Thread
I realise now that what I did was the completely wrong way to express my upset over what happened.
I had my part to play in the incident, after all, we all are responsible for putting ouselves there on the track in a race.
I hope the other driver can forgive me for doing this, it was not my job to be a disciplinary.
I have not spoken to him yet, but offer my hand to him next time we see each other.
Time to move on please every one else do the same.
Gary
BTW, I deleted the vimeo video

You are an example for all of us. Your admission shows true sportsman character and I, for one, am proud to be in the 944Cup series with you. There is too much bickering, insult, and innuendo in the online forums.
After the Saturday morning race I participated in a conversation between two drivers who had an on track incident that almost cost the race win for one of them. They faced each other and took the time to explain and listen to what eac one had experienced at that moment. They parted with a better understanding of what had happened a possibly how to avoid an incident in the future.
Not all issues will be resolved so simply but that is why we have officials (AKA representatives) to help mediate.
Again I applaud your maturity and hope we all have learned from you.
BTW did your wife convince you to post this?

Hey;
Your final miscalculation of many in this saga is not to realize and fully appreciate that you provided a wealth of learning for anyone who ventures into racing. I'll chalk that up to humility, which is entirely admirable. Helping others was not your intent going in, to be sure, but you have shown a lot of people a lot of what not to do, and then how to handle it coming out. You've gone from being pissed off, to getting pissed on - rightly so in both instances - and you've managed to handle it admirably. That takes guts.
I'd dare say you've come a long way in the space of those pages. Good on ya, Mate.
