My fave is B&H http://www.bhphotovideo.com but shop around the interweb a bit. Sometimes you'll find deals at places like Wallyworld, Target, Walgreens,...
Amazon had the A-HD+ the cheapest when I got mine but at WalMart it came with more accessories (I think both chargers?) so it was a wash. Keep in mind you will destroy both chargers making the "Frankencharger" but if all you use it for is in-car it matters not.. All you need to add is the 16GB (or 32GB now) SD card..
I've not used either of them, but I'd go with either the GVS http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...efinition.html, or the Hi Speed High Definition http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...tion_720P.html, as both allow the use of external microphones. Wind noise is a big problem with these cameras. I've been able to minimize it with some simple mods to my camera, but I suspect that an external mic placed below the seat is probably the best way to get good sound. If I were replacing mine right now, I'd probably choose the latter because of price, and because I worry about how the auto-focus in the GVS might function.
haha, yes i've had to test its recording length abilities with other peoples cars. At Mid-o this year we started it 10 min on the grid, ran the hour race, then turned it off when we got back to the paddock. So 1 hr+ was easily done. This is on the GVS model, 720p 60 fps.

not long at all, put the SDHC card into the usb adapter and transfer, maybe takes a minute. The bigger issue is if your computer is up to editing and storing HD footage. The biggest pain is to resize and edit down the video for web use. Uses tons of RAM.
