Google Street View
Think maybe the little car with the camera got "lost"? (At least it's better than that hand-to-hand drug deal they drove by in some Iron Belt city.)

Wow, odd. Right in the middle of a ALMS warm-up lap it seems.
Street View is handy though, been using it to check out potential neighborhoods for when i buy a house in the next couple months.
Here is a recent article about mapping streets for the world:

what is odd is they seem to have the entire track as a lap in between these cars. I bet they did in purpse using th Pole GT1, GT2, P1 and P2 cars with a camera ca in the middle. The camera is probalby elevated to get that angle.

On one part of the track you can see the shadow thrown by the camera vehicle. It is one of the Google camera vans. They must have run a slow lap with the other cars for the novelty...and perhaps promotional value.

Clearly staged, but neat. You can see some camera guys standing on the track here: Link to another view
