In an interview in the German Sport Bild magazine, Windsor was quoted as saying they are "looking for US drivers, not Canadian"

yes... WON. Not currently winning anything. He is past his prime and although he is still better than 99% of drivers in the world, he wouldn't be up to par in F1 again.
