Smile Larry for FIA President!

I think that we should get a grass-roots effort going here at Rennlist and petition the FIA to nominate me for the position of President of the FIA. Based upon the last 1/2 dozen years of governance, it is clear that I know much more than Mad Max ever did about motor racing, and I am typically not prone to boneheaded decisions or shooting myself in the foot. Besides, business sucks, I wouldn't mind living in Switzerland and I would love to have a well paying job in the racing business. What do you think?

Hey JM, where have you been?

Too bad about the salary, but if the perks make it to 7 figures, I'm there.

you could have my vote, but your thinking is too logical for a position like that.
I think one needs to either make rash decisions or be French to keep it going the way it's been.

Hhmmm.... Max has established certain prerequisites that may prove to be painful !!!

That said... if you are willing to put up with constant press scrutiny...

GO FO IT !!!

Hmm, should I get mad, stamp my feet and hurl invectives at Pete or take it as good natured ribbing?

My first test as the next FIA president. Decisions, decisions.

Better watch your weight. Horizontal stripes are not flattering.
