Run those chick-lets, Those are fine. Try not to go to full metallic thats a little tough on the rotters.6-5mm toss em. I never had as much luck with pagid ( I ran the orange).I prefer PF's and hawks.

The Hawks I've used (HP+, HT10) have cracked/chunked but not to the point that they weren't usable....never a problem with PF97s.

Another vote to run them, but keep an eye on them.

you probably were very hard on the brakes and didn't give them enough cool down time before you parked it. however, they are still good and i would just keep using them. some ppl throw them away at 5mm, but i run my right to the backing.

This is probably the best complement I ever heard to my driving ;-) Being semi-newbie-ish, I wasn't known to be hard braker.

^ if you worry about your brake pad, wait 'til you see mine. you probably faint and freak out.
sometimes i use the backing plate as the pad. that's usually when i set my best laps, less brakes.

you should come out to a DE event with PCA GGR. the next one is 8/1

I am worried 'coz this is the first time I have a dedicated set of track pads in addition to my street pads. Everything is new and could raise red flag to me.

And yes, I will be out with GGR at THill :-)
