VR,
May I politely request a change of your avatar? I've enjoyed the others more. jes aksin'.
My sources told me that Alonso had to readjust his tampon, and is expected to improve for the race. AS

Vettel and Button is out front in the Poll , Now if we could only get Bourdais to stop voting for himself ...

Kers update : McLaren and Ferrari have it, BMW and Renault do not.

Fernando Alonso tops the times in final practice with a 1:15.164, quicker than last year's pole time. Jenson Button next, followed by Heikki Kovalainen.

How light was the Renault?
Monaco isn't that long of a track so one can run on fumes for a while, right.

I'm still waiting for Bourdais to do something.
He does complain about the handling of the car a lot tho.
Haven't heard much about the car's handling ills from Vettel.

I saw that Kimi really struggled in qualifying....

If Kimi doesn't get Button to T1 look for him to use the KERS in the tunnel. This could be Kimi's only chance to win this year.

After hitting a tire wall and qualifying 16th, Hamilton will change out his gearbox and start from 20th.

Sir A.Wayne,
Could I possibly ask that you do not edit people's usernames or posts in your replies?
Remember, you can't really use your Off Topic/Politics & Controversy voice in this forum.
Thanks.

Spinmeister, A. Wayne,

You point blank referred to Kimi. Not Kimi with Ferrari or anything like that. Need I remind you that Kimi started his F1 career with Sauber and then moved to McLaren and then to Ferrari.

Once again, you've proved how little you know as Kimi was drinking the bubbly from the podium today.................. in a Ferrari.............. You should quit while your ahead.

I'm watching Indy 500 in HD to see if there's any good racing.

They did show some passing at Monaco.
Hamilton cutting through a few of the cars.
Massa kamikazi dive under Vettel with wilting tires.

Did Kaz hit something or did he just brain fade last lap going uphill.

Bourdais got a point. Yeah!
Was fun that the Speed commentators were still ribbing on Kimi.
And they made sure they got the shot of him dipping into the champagne.

Button is looking more and more like a champion. He is pulling out pole laps when he needs to, and is winning without mistakes or drama. Maybe he cannot wring the car by it's neck when the car needs it, but give him a car that likes a smooth driver, and he is showing once again why he was so fast all those years ago.
