This lap of VIR in a West WX10 is one of them. Its a 1:48 lap, and that's running over 100# heavier than SCCA CSR spec. Entering the uphill esses at 140 is impressive, and brushing the brakes for a 120 entry to South Bend is insane!
The WX10 is the 'spec' car for IMSA Lites L2 series. I want one.

I love how early he can get back on the power at the bottom of Hog Pen. Most of us have to wait for the compression, but he is flat out way before that. And the esses are sick!

That really was one of the few open laps. Those guys got black flagged every ****ing session, no joke.

(I'm just shocked that a black flag was thrown and I wasn't on the track...)

That looks like fun. How do those times compare to a Cup or E car?

 

Mostly due to offs. On the test day alone, they black flagged all within the first 1-2 laps for the first 3 sessions. The group probably got less than 10 laps the entire day.
