Default FS Fikse Mach V's - 17 x 8/9's - 2 complete sets

I am selling two sets of Fikse Mach V wheels from my 1981 SC. I have posted pics and details at the site below.

Nice wheels; I have a set on my 993.
I am not so sure that I agree that 28 wheels for 1 car are too many, though.

I verified the offsets with Fikse at 30mm front and 18mm rear. These fit perfectly for an SC or a Carrera - years 1978 to 1989. The finish is standard for the centers with polished lips. I can send high-resolution pictures for close inspection of each wheel. Email me with questions at mmporsche@mac.com.

Thanks!

Michael

Nice wheels. A friend has those on his car and I'm envious.

I'm a bit ignorant. Your description says they are forged three piece wheels. I thought a forged wheel was all forged. And that a three piece wheel had bolts holding the rim halves to the center. Appreciate being educated. Thanks.

ps Do you know off hand what they weigh?

The centers are forged versus cast and then the two rim halves bolt to the center. You don't see the bolts on the front of Fikse wheels, just on the back. You can have a one piece forged wheel. The benefit of 3 piece is you can repair/replace a damages half and not the whole wheel.

Hello Fred,

I would have to get rid of my Big Red brakes if I went to 15's unless you know of a way to slow down a 300+ hp stock SC without them.....;-)

Both sets of wheels are spoken for as of yesterday. I was traveling and couldn't post until this morning. Thank you!
