Default Sebring April 18th, anyone have video of mcoupe in the wall?

Hi guys, I'm trying to get video of this incident and was directed here that possibly a gt3 driver might have had some.

Please PM me not post a youtube link.

Glad you weren't hurt in the incident. What color GT3? Maybe we can direct you to the right person.

I believe there is video from the M3 behind the GT3 you are referring to. Rennlist member DogInBlack (Tucker) is the one you want to contact.

You might want to contact jenk12m as he was also an eye witness to the incident. Maybe he could help you out with the details, not sure if he was video taping but he does have one Hell of a GT3. Good Luck.

tucker has the vid... i just so happened to have gotten a point bye right before he crashed and hit the wall with a bery hard impact.

It was me and my car, the blue Porsche owner above can vouch for that, hes a friend of a friend. I posted on chins board to see if anyone had video and was directed here, hence the new membership.

Please don't give the video to anyone else though.

Can someone give tucker my info, boostluvr at gmail.com, this forum has new member restrictions and I don't think I can contact him in a form he will get quickly.

Best I can rem was I got a point by and ended up taking bishops on the inside too tight and fast, didn't have enough room, and eventually lifted to much sending the back around.

Sound right? Memories not the best.

Super glad you are OK and I hope for a good outcome for you. There are just some corners I do not pass in.

I too had a hairy issue later that day when going hard into the braking zone into turn 3. A Vette was up my azz and decided to take a pass WITHOUT A POINT BY at turn 3. I was turning in and could have reached out and touched his car. If I had not noticed him he would have hit me. Was planning to point him by to the inside of turn 4 but he was ultra agressive...like he was racing. Worst thing was this driver is a Chin Instructor...he should know better....way too agressive of driving for a DE let alone in the last session were every class is on track including new green students.

Something is starting to smell funny here. Between blaucoupe, LDadrenaline, and some youtube user named boostluvr sending me emails to see the crash video, but not publicly. WTF is going on and who cares if it is posted on youtube or not? I'm wondering if the owner of the car is the same as the driver of the car.

The problem was that you took the pass then went back right to 'the line' then turned left to the curbing to quickly upsetting the rear of the car, then you started tankslapping and couldn't catch it. You should have stayed the line you started with the pass and taken an early apex and wider arc with less than normal speed.

So what do y'all think? Post it on youtube?
