There shouldn't be any impact loading as the ABS system doesn't shock load the system. As well forces shouldn't vary much from threshold braking as any increase in pedal force will not translate to an increase in brake force whilst in ABS. The only thing I could see as a potential issue is work hardening of the pads/rotors as the temperature changes are cyclical, but I don't quite think this could actually happen as the frequency of ABS control would probably be much higher than the ability of the temperature to vary substantially to act cyclically.
