I monitor front & rear brake pressure as well with Motec.

I have thought about using 4 pressure sensors on the output lines of my Race ABS system to see how it activates, but other than being curious, I don't know how valuable the information would be. As Chris said, brake pressure channels are valuable in assessing driver performance as well as using for math channels.
