Default Where to stay at Mid-Ohio?

I'm trying to get out to Mid-Ohio for the first time. May be with the Audi club, as that looks like it will best fit into my schedule. What are good places to stay? I don't want something real expensive, but don't want a dump either. Just something clean, quiet & safe (parking lot). Breakfast would be nice too.

I group of us always stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Belleville, or the Quality Inn across the road, fairly close to the track.

I have stayed at the Comfort Inn, just make sure you ask for a room on the "outside" of the indoor waterpark unless you like the smell of chlorine.

Check the Mid-Ohio PCA website - we usually put up a list of hotels. Most are clustered together out at I-71, about 10-15 min from the track. Almost any will do.

Good point, i forgot that. The Quality Inn across the road does not have that issue.

La Quinta is fairly new and cheaper than the others listed. Travelodge is old and cheaper yet, clean but not too nice, although it has wireless. Cheapest of the cheap is the 42 Motel, stay at your own risk. All of them are 10 minutes from the track.
You can also camp of rent an RV for use at the tarck. There are designated camoing areas as well as a large upper grass paddock where you could stay.

I second the La Quita, I stayed there last year and it is dirt cheap. With AAA Discount it is $55.80 a night.

I have stayed at both the Quality Inn and Comfort Inn in Bellville and both were decent and easy access and just a short drive over to the track.

I see todinlaw has posted all the phone numbers above.
