I am free this week...I will go to the race but would love to drive over for the day to check out some practice and walk the pits.

What day would be best?

Thursday offers your best bets as far as ALMS is concerned. Practice in AM, qual in afternoon and night practice starting at 7:15.

I wouldn't bother with Friday.

Interesting...I was at Sebring last month for the PCA race and Leh Keen was doing 2.02's in the NIGHT race. I'm guessing that he was driving an UNRESTRICTED RSR vs. those above, WITH restrictors??

mdrums: There are some great races on Friday like the Speed GT and IMSA GT3 you may want to check out. The Speed GT is my favorite of the whole weekend.
As far as ALMS specifically, Thursday is your best bet IMHO.
